The Atlanta Dream will be one of the power houses in the Eastern Conference for the 2026 WNBA season. I think Atlanta has a good mixture of sharp shooters in Gray, Howard and Paopao and a strong inside threat from Jones, Hillmon and the addition of South Carolina's Star, Medina Okot. This should be very interesting. I think the East will be very competitive. And as long as the Dream do not accumulate any distraction, they will be right there.
GO DREAM TEAM !

In the beginning, I really had high hopes for the Fever after their two rookie picks in the draft, Raven Johnson and Justine Pissott. In the beginning, I really had high hopes for the Fever after their two rookie picks in the draft, Raven Johnson and Justine Pissott. Adding these two college superstars to the roster I felt was amazing and this would take them over the top. But now I feel totally different. From what I have seen so far, in my opinion, there is too much nonsense going on with this team. I will address things in detail in my next commentary. So stay tuned!

I also think the Washington Mystics will be a surprise power house in the East. With the addition of UCLA'S Star Center, All American and Player of The Year, Lauren Betts and the return of Georgia Amoore from injury, the Mystics will make a lot of noise. With the Firm of Citron, Iriafen, Amoore and Betts, this will be one of the best tea
I also think the Washington Mystics will be a surprise power house in the East. With the addition of UCLA'S Star Center, All American and Player of The Year, Lauren Betts and the return of Georgia Amoore from injury, the Mystics will make a lot of noise. With the Firm of Citron, Iriafen, Amoore and Betts, this will be one of the best teams in the East. Look out Dream and Fever. Keep your guards up. Don't let the Mystics catch you slipping! And I almost forgot about Texas point guard Rori Harmon. Look for good things from her as well!

It is not a lot to say about the Las Vegas Aces. Their record speaks for itself, 3 time Champions and Aja Wilson. You have to knock the Champ out to take the belt. Who will be good enough to take on that task? Once again, if there is no distraction, the Aces will stay focused.

The Lynx are always the team to watch due to their past. Natasha Howard is back with the Lynx. Howard, McBride, Williams and newly drafted TCU Star Point Guard, Olivia Miles will have to hold down the fort until Napheesa Collier returns from injury. I think the Lynx will make a good showing once again, although I keep saying, they won't
The Lynx are always the team to watch due to their past. Natasha Howard is back with the Lynx. Howard, McBride, Williams and newly drafted TCU Star Point Guard, Olivia Miles will have to hold down the fort until Napheesa Collier returns from injury. I think the Lynx will make a good showing once again, although I keep saying, they won't win a title without a true BIG. I don't know why they did not take Lauren Betts. A good point guard is important. And they drafted one of the best in Olivia Miles. Olivia and Raven Johnson were the best in the College Ranks. I hope the Lynx prove me to be wrong this year about the Big!

The Valkyries, I said from the very beginning of the season last year, "don't count the Valkyries out" and look what they did? They became the Cinderella team. I look for them to do nothing less this season. I also said if the Valkyries secured a Big, they could go all the way. They went and acquired the services of Las Vegas Aces Kia Sto
The Valkyries, I said from the very beginning of the season last year, "don't count the Valkyries out" and look what they did? They became the Cinderella team. I look for them to do nothing less this season. I also said if the Valkyries secured a Big, they could go all the way. They went and acquired the services of Las Vegas Aces Kia Stokes. Even though technically Kia is only 6'4", she plays like a 6'6" or 6'7" Big. Kia still has gas left in her tank. She is a great rim protector and rebounder. And she can get you buckets when needed. Lookout Aces and Lynx, the Valkyries are coming once again!
Sports Fans, the Chicago Sky did a complete 180. They got rid of the distractions and brought in New Troops. And some Good Troops they are; Rickea Jackson, Skylar Diggins, DiJonai Carrington, Azura Stevens and Rookie Draft Pick, UCLA's Star Guard, Gabriela Jaquez. WOW, talk about "raising the bar". They went and got Kamilla Cardoso some serious help. Look for the Sky to raise some hell this season. Go ahead Sky. I have to give credit to the GM, Jeff Pagliocca. He did not let talk disrupt the flow of handling his business. Go ahead with your bad self Jeff. You did extremely well bringing in this bunch. Look out East. The Sky's the limit. Kamilla Cardoso and Company are coming to invade your arena, SOON!

The newest member of the WNBA, The Golden State Valkyries have arrived in a big way and making an impact, immediately.
